The Harrisburg Division Procedures Manual is now available on this site's Documents Page. The manual supplements the bylaws and works in conjunction with them.
The division's Executive Committee developed the manual over the past several months and emailed it for comment to all division members in January. Several suggestions were received and have been incorporated in the final version.
