Dear Harrisburg Division Members:

 

This email serves two purposes: Outline the division meeting and call for person wanting to take an active role in the division by running for office or volunteering for committee positions.

 

The 2022 Annual Meeting of the Harrisburg Division will take place on August 28th at 2 pm. The meeting will be held virtually via zoom. The link for the meeting is:

If anyone would like to run for one of the officer positions, please email dcheckeye@hotmail.com and your name will be added to the ballot. If we have additional people who run we will put out an additional email blast listing the candidates a short bio/goals blurb and how to vote.

 

If anyone interested in taking a more active role in the division and wishes to volunteer for a division committee role, please attend or send an email to dcheckeye@hotmail.com  We could use someone on a tournament committee to help organize events and serve as bout committee when needed.
