Division annual meeting 2015

The annual meeting of the USFA Harrisburg Division will take place starting at 1 p.m. Sunday, July 12, at the West Shore YMCA, 410 Fallowfield Road, Camp Hill.

At the meeting, division officers for the  2015-16 year will be elected. The proposed slate is as follows:

• Chairman: Andy Nightingale
• Vice Chairman: Tim Stuhldreher
• Secretary: April Kauffman
• Treasurer: Dick Kirchoff
• National Congress Representative: Carol Buerdsell *(There is no longer a National Congress, so this office is obsolete.)

If you would like to nominate an alternate candidate for any office, you may do so at the meeting. If you are unable to attend, you may vote by proxy. Please give your proxy, in writing, to someone who is attending.

The remainder of the agenda will consist of reports on the past year, and planning for the upcoming year.

The latter will include a discussion of proposals by Gary Rusen regarding the Tom Dann epee tournament and the Lebanon Fencing Club's schedule for 2015-16. The full proposal is available here.
