The Harrisburg Division has a new set of bylaws
As planned, the Harrisburg Division sent out ballots in June asking its members to vote for or against the division's proposed new bylaws. Thirty-seven ballots were sent out; 12 were returned, all in favor of the new bylaws.
While we wish the response rate had been greater, it was sufficient, and the new bylaws are now in effect. Thank you to our 12 voters!

Kind of disappointing how only a few people responded to the ballot. But it’s good that the number of voters was enough and that the decision has been made.
