Dear Harrisburg Division Members:
The 2025 Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. In addition to Agenda items, new officers will be installed. Notification and ZOOM instructions will be sent prior to the meeting.
If you are interested in running for, or learning more about an Officer Position: Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, or Secretary, please email the current Chair, Shawn Bertel. Your email should include your name, position for which you are running, your fencing club (if you have one), and a one-paragraph bio to place on the ballot. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, July 5, 2025.
If you have an Agenda item for discussion, please email it to Shawn Bertel by Saturday, July 5, 2025.
Prior to the meeting you will receive an email with the Agenda and ballot, should any positions be contested.
